1. Which are Aegean Airlines destinations?
Aegean Airlines travels you in 15 major cities all over Greece and 10 international. If you wish to travel to: Athens, Thessaloniki, Heraklion, Chania, Rhodes, Corfu, Alexandroupolis, Kavala, Ioannina, Mitilini, Santorini, Mykonos, Kos, Chios, Samos or Larnaca, Rome, Bucharest, Cairo, Sofia, Milan, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Stuttgart and Munich our highly trained staff together with our 25 state-of-the-art aircraft will offer you a unique travel experience. Furthermore you may travel, via Rome, to Venice, Palermo, Genoa, Turin, Catania, Trieste, Bari, Bologna, Naples and Lamezia Terme though our code share flights with Air One and via Frankfurt and Munich to Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam, Berlin, Hanover and Hamburg through code share flights with Lufthansa.

Aegean Airlines operates scheduled flights to 15 destinations throughout Greece and 27 international. You can visit us in any of our ticket offices and receive your ticket. Our sales staff is there to provide you with all the necessary information for your trip and the superior services offered by Aegean .

3. Does Aegean Airlines offer business class?

You can experience Aegean business class service on all AVRO RJ 100 and BOEING 737-300/400 aircraft on domestic as well as on international flights. Flying with Aegean Airlines Business Class you can enjoy service quality. Business Class passengers have priority not only during check-in time but also in receiving their baggage. Aegean Airlines offers to Business Class passengers the fastest way to board by providing a separate bus to transfer them to the airplane. During the flight, the comfortable seat will give you the opportunity to relax and enjoy your trip. You can sit back, use your footrest and read the wide selection of newspapers provided. A choice of coffee, refreshment and drinks is offered. Our experienced staff is there to offer you a quality service, a 'Superior' way to fly.

4. How can I make a reservation?
Aegean Airlines is firmly committed in providing the highest standards of passenger services. You are given the opportunity to make your reservations by dialing 801 11 20000 from anywhere in Greece at a local rate, or +30 210 62 61 000 from a mobile or if you are calling from abroad. Our Reservations Department is at your disposal daily from 07:00 a.m. to 23:00 p.m. Otherwise you may visit one of our ticket offices and purchase your ticket. Our highly trained staff will be happy to help you organize your trip. You are also given the opportunity to make your reservations via Aegean Airlines web site by choosing the "e-ticket " section. You may also make your reservations at your travel agent.

5. Where can I receive my ticket ?
Aegean Airlines focuses on a continuous upgrading, by designing innovative, superior quality services offered to its passengers.
e-ticket, an exclusive new service offered from Aegean Airlines, enables you to book and issue your ticket at the same time by using your credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Diners Club). You may ask for the e-ticket service either by calling at 801 11 20000 within Greece, at a local rate (+30 210 62 61 000 from a mobile phone or from abroad) or through www.aegeanair.com at the section e-ticket.

You may also receive your ticket from any of Aegean ticket offices. Our sales staff is there to provide you with the necessary information for your trip and inform you about the superior services offered by Aegean .


6. When I use the Round Trip Check In service, is there a limited time for checking in for the return flight?
On same day round trips, you can save time by doing your check in once, during the departure. If you choose to use the Round Trip Check In service, during your return trip, you only need to be at the airport 30 minutes before the departure time.

7. Am I being charged when I use the Round Trip Check In service?
Round Trip Check In is offered free of charge. Simply ask for it during your check in, at the departure.

8. If I want to use the Round Trip Check in service, do I have to ask for it during my reservation?
If you wish to use the Round Trip Check In service you need to ask for it during the check in at your departure.

9. Smoking is allowed on board?
All Aegean Airlines flights are non-smoking in both Economy and Business Class

10. Is there anything special that I need to know when travelling with children?

  • You need to have extra diapers
  • In order to avoid ear pressure, you should bottle-feed your child during taking-off and landing
  • In case of child's sickness, you need to have doctor's approval
  • Bring along their favorite juices and snacks
  • Bring along any favorite toy or book to keep them entertained

Aegean Airlines performs flights to 15 destinations within Greece and 10 international.
